I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

3. I understand that all merchandise are unisex and may run a little bigger than the traditional women's sizes.
4. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It will take up to 10 business days to process and USPS may have delays as well.
5. I confirm that I have ordered the correct item.
6. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.
7. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
8. I understand that Declarations by Beyond The Aisle is not responsible for any delays or lost packages once USPS is in possession of your purchase.
9. I understand that Declarations by Beyond The Aisle behind the quality of their products and will exchange or refund any products with quality-related or manufacturing issues with 10 days of purchase.
10. If package is marked as DELIVERED, but you do not receive your product you must contact USPS and file a claim with them. Declarations by Beyond The Aisles not responsible.
