How long does shipping take, and where do you ship?

We ship faith-based apparel and accessories to the USA. Standard shipping within the USA takes 5–7 business days, with expedited options available. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

I Received A Wrong/Damaged Product. What Should I Do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@declarationsbybta.com within 3 days of receiving your items with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will gladly replace the item.

I Have Not Received My Items. What Should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  2. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the address is incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@declarationsbybta.com making sure you quote your order number.

How should I care for my apparel items?

To maintain the quality of your Christian graphic tees and other apparel, machine wash cold with similar colors and tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly on printed designs to preserve their vibrancy. Follow care instructions on product tags for best results.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

What's Your Return Policy?

At this time we don't accept returns, exchanges, But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. 

We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. 

If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY.
