Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the address is incorrect, weâd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighborâs, get in touch with us at hello@declarationsbybta.com making sure you quote your order number.

Returns for Store Credit
While our products are made to order, we understand that situations arise where you may wish to return an item. We accept returns for store credit only, processed through our Shopify Return Portal.
To qualify for store credit:
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from stains, odors, or alterations.
- Items must include all original tags and packaging.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval before store credit is issued.
Once your return request is approved, youâll receive an email with a link to purchase and print your return label directly through our Shopify portal. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount to cover inspection and handling.
After your item is received and inspected, approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used toward future purchases.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available.Â
We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation.Â
If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY.
