All items are made to order. Standard fulfillment takes 5 to 10 business days before your order ships.
Once it ships, standard delivery takes an additional 3 to 5 business days and expedited delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. Your total delivery window includes both fulfillment and shipping time.

Start by checking your shipping confirmation email to verify the delivery address and check the tracking status. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office as packages are sometimes held or left nearby.
If the address on your order was incorrect, we will reship to the correct address but reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, production begins and we are unable to make changes. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Online orders follow our standard made-to-order fulfillment process and ship to the address provided at checkout.
They cannot be redirected for in-person pickup at an event unless that option is explicitly offered on the product listing.
