Our Quality Guarantee
Every item is crafted with care and undergoes a thorough three-step quality check before shipping. We take pride in delivering faith-inspired apparel that reflects God’s truth and love.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, mislabeled, or defective, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement promptly.
Returns for Store Credit
While our products are made to order, we understand that situations arise where you may wish to return an item. We accept returns for store credit only, processed through our Shopify Return Portal.
To qualify for store credit:

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from stains, odors, or alterations.

Items must include all original tags and packaging.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval before store credit is issued.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with a link to purchase and print your return label directly through our Shopify portal. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount to cover inspection and handling.
After your item is received and inspected, approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used toward future purchases.
Size Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer direct exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Final Sale Items
Please note that all discounted, clearance, and limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, production begins, and we cannot modify or cancel made-to-order items.
