At Declarations by Beyond The Aisle (BTA), we’re committed to helping you boldly live your faith through what you wear. Each piece is made with care, prayer, and purpose, and we want you to love every purchase.

Because all of our products are made to order, our fulfillment process begins shortly after your order is placed. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

Our Quality Guarantee
Every item undergoes a thorough three-step quality check before it ships. We take pride in delivering faith-inspired apparel that reflects God’s truth and love, and we stand behind every order we send out.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, mislabeled, or defective, we will gladly send you a free replacement, including return shipping.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange your replacement promptly.

Our Policy
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit except in the circumstances outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, mislabeled, or defective, we will gladly send you a free replacement including return shipping.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange your replacement promptly.

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of your confirmed delivery date.
  • The original Declarations by BTA hangtag must still be attached to the item.
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage must be provided at the time of your request.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for replacement regardless of the reported issue. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and to request additional documentation where necessary.

All Other Sales Are Final
All purchases outside of the damage and defect policy above are final. This includes but is not limited to sizing preferences, change of mind, delayed shipping by the carrier, and orders placed with incorrect size selections.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Declarations by BTA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

Insufficient Address
If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect address provided by the customer, the following terms apply: 

The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. We will contact you by email to arrange reshipment and issue an invoice for the new shipping fee, which must be paid before your order is reshipped.

In the event that a returned package is lost in transit back to our facility due to an address error on the customer’s part, Declarations by BTA will not be liable for the lost item and no replacement or store credit will be issued. Address accuracy is the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of checkout.

If you believe your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately at hello@declarationsbybta.com. We will do our best to intercept the shipment if production or fulfillment has not yet begun, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in process.
