Our Quality Guarantee
Every item is crafted with care and undergoes a rigorous 3-step quality check before shipping. We take pride in delivering faith-inspired apparel that reflects God’s truth and love.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, mislabeled, or defective, we’ll provide a free replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.
  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement promptly.

Size Exchanges

  • Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer direct exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
  • If you need a different size, we’re happy to assist you in placing a new order at a 20% discount as a one-time courtesy. Contact us at hello@declarationsbybta.com to arrange this.
  • The original item cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Returns

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for non-damaged or non-defective items.
  • If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@declarationsbybta.com. We’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include store credit on a case-by-case basis.
