At Declarations by Beyond The Aisle, we are committed to delivering your faith-inspired apparel with care and purpose. Every item is made to order, meaning your piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Please note that we currently ship to US addresses only. 

Processing Times
All orders have a standard fulfillment window of 5 to 10 business days. Fulfillment begins the next business day for orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends.

For example, an order placed on Saturday will begin processing on Monday, with Tuesday counted as the first business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, excluding federal holidays. If processing is expected to take longer than usual due to high order volume or other operational factors, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.


Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Declarations by BTA ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping, including to US territories, APO or FPO addresses, or addresses outside the continental US, unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product listing.


If you are located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at hello@declarationsbybta.com and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

Shipping Options
Once your order is fulfilled, it will ship via USPS or UPS. You may select your preferred option at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment
  • Expedited Shipping: estimated 1 to 3 business days after fulfillment

Please note that shipping time begins after your fulfillment window closes and does not reduce or affect processing time. As an example, an order with a 5-day fulfillment period and standard shipping selected may take between 8 and 15 business days in total from the date of purchase.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.


Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are fulfilled separately from standard orders and ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page. These timelines are estimates and may be subject to adjustment. If a pre-order timeline changes, we will notify you by email promptly. Total delivery time for pre-order items includes both the pre-order fulfillment window and the shipping transit time.


Vending Events and In-Person Purchases
Declarations by BTA participates in conferences, pop-ups, and vending events throughout the year. Please note the following if you are shopping during or around an event period.


All online orders placed during an event period follow our standard made-to-order fulfillment process and will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Online orders cannot be redirected for in-person pickup at an event unless explicitly offered as an option on the product listing.


Items available for immediate purchase at an in-person event are separate from the online store. If you place an order online and also purchase an item at the event, both transactions are treated independently.

Carrier Delays and Lost Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and tracking has been issued, Declarations by BTA is not responsible for carrier delays, packages lost in transit, or packages marked as delivered but not received at the destination.
If your tracking status shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide supporting documentation to assist with your claim upon request.

Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy. We offer free replacements for items damaged in transit. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Address accuracy is the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of purchase. For full details on what happens when an order is returned due to an address error, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
