At Declarations by Beyond The Aisle, we’re committed to delivering your faith-inspired apparel with care and purpose. As a small, Northern Virginia-based business, we craft each order to order, ensuring quality through our 3-step process. Below, find details on processing, shipping, and how we support you every step of the way.
Processing Times
All orders are made to order, with a standard fulfillment time of 5-10 business days. Fulfillment begins the next business day for orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends. For example, an order placed on Saturday is processed starting Monday, with Tuesday as the first business day.
- Business Days: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST, excluding holidays.
- Delays: Due to high demand or limited inventory, processing may occasionally take longer. We’ll notify you via email if delays occur.
Shipping Options
Once your order is fulfilled, we ship from our Northern Virginia facility via USPS or UPS. At checkout, choose:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
Note: Shipping times begin after fulfillment and do not include processing. For example, a 5-day fulfillment with standard shipping may take 8-15 business days total. Expedited shipping does not affect processing times.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive this within 10 business days, contact us at hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number.
Important Notes
- Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items ship later, as noted on product pages. Total delivery time includes processing plus shipping.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll reship at your cost. Contact us to update your address before shipping.
- Carrier Delays or Issues: We partner with USPS and UPS for reliable delivery, but we’re not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked delivered but not received. To file a claim, contact USPS or UPS directly. If your order doesn’t arrive, email us, and we’ll assist with next steps, which may include store credit on a case-by-case basis.
- Damaged Items: Per our Return and Refund Policy, we offer free replacements for items damaged in transit. Contact us within 3 days of receipt.
