1. Order Confirmation
- You confirm that you’ve ordered the correct item(s), size(s), and quantity. Review our Sizing Guide to choose the right fit, as our adult apparel is unisex and may run larger than traditional women’s sizes.
- You’ve provided accurate shipping and email addresses. If an incorrect address causes a delivery issue, contact us at hello@declarationsbybta.com to arrange reshipping at your cost.
- Changes to your order during processing may delay fulfillment. Email us promptly to discuss modifications.
2. Made-to-Order Production
- All items are handcrafted to order, ensuring quality through our 3-step process. Fulfillment takes 5-10 business days (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
- Due to high demand or limited inventory, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you via email if delays occur.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing, shipping options (standard: 3-5 business days; expedited: 1-3 business days), and tracking. Total delivery time includes processing plus shipping.
- We partner with USPS and UPS for reliable delivery. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. Declarations by Beyond The Aisle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked delivered but not received by the carrier.
- If your order doesn’t arrive, contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. Email us at hello@declarationsbybta.com with your order number, and we’ll assist with next steps, which may include store credit on a case-by-case basis.
4. Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final due to our made-to-order process, except as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
- We stand behind our quality. If an item arrives damaged, mislabeled, or with manufacturing defects, contact us within 3 days of receipt at hello@declarationsbybta.com for a free replacement.
- Size exchanges are not available, so please review our Sizing Guide carefully before ordering.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You’ve read our FAQ Page, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Sizing Guide to understand our processes.
- You acknowledge that carrier delays (e.g., due to high demand or unforeseen events) are beyond our control. We’ll keep you informed and assist where possible.
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS. We’ll support you in resolving the issue.
